We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under the general laws. Under §§ 7 et seq. DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is possible only from the point at which a specific infringement becomes known. On becoming aware of such infringements we remove the content promptly.
